| When Jeanne Marler decided to take up painting seriously, it was not surprising, given her background in ballet, choreography and interior design, that she would look for training providing a classical structure. She enrolled with Mission: Renaissance, a Montreal franchise that believes in developing the artist through a grounding in the classical techniques of the Masters. These examples of her work illustrate a diversity in subject matter, a mastery of the techniques of composition and a magical use of light. |
